ROOM RATES
    • The Hotel reserves the right to change the room rates at any time. At certain periods the Hotel may need to increase or reduce the rates (i.e. due to a special offer). In such a case all already made reservations are guaranteed with the rates they were made.
    • Guests who have already processed their reservation will not be charged extra (in case rates become higher) or compensated and refunded any difference (in case rates become lower).
  RESERVATIONS
  • Kindly note that a payment is required so that the reservation will be secured in our systems.
  • Reservations are personal and non-transferable.
    1. If you wish to change your reservation name before the check-in date, please let us know via the contact form.
    2. Name changes on reservations may not be accepted on arrival. If this happens, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse the offer of accommodation.
  • Should it prove necessary to alter your travel plans, please note that:
    1. A cancellation fee is not applied if the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the expected arrival. In this case, the paid amount will be fully refunded.
    2. If the reservation is cancelled within 2-7 days before arrival:
      • For bookings of 1 or 2 night’s duration, 100% of the total cost for the booking will be charged.
      • For bookings with duration of 3 nights or over, 2 full room nights will be charged.
    3. For reservations or part thereof cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the expected arrival or after your arrival or “no show” at the Hotel, the full amount of the booked accommodation will be charged.
    4. Our refund policy is as follows: If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days before arrival we shall return the paid amount, back to the credit card or Paypal account from which the transaction was made.
DURING YOUR STAY
    • Check in time is 15:00 hrs. / Check-out time is: 10:00 hrs. If you wish to extend your check-out time, please contact the reception at least 24h before your departure day.
    • Guests shall behave properly, be decent and use good manners during their stay in HOTEL TRIADA.
    • Guests shall not behave inappropriately, make noises that annoy other guests or do any harm or inflict any injury to or insult third parties.
    • The Hotel may deny access to its facilities, rooms or establishment to Guests that do not comply with the aforementioned rules.
    • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
    • Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Hotel, including all rooms, public areas, elevator, corridors, reception and breakfast areas. Smoking is allowed only in open spaces outside the Hotel and in balconies. Guests are advised to avoid smoking near other guests, in a manner that would disturb their stay.
    • Guests can use the front yard of the hotel as a parking space for their vehicles. It is agreed and accepted upon that the Hotel will not be responsible for the safety of the Guests’ vehicles and that the Guest shall have in place relevant insurance, in order to cover damages to the vehicle, its destruction or theft.
      Vehicles must always be parked between the yellow lines.
      If you can’t find a parking slot in the front yard of the hotel, then you need to park somewhere else (ask at the reception for help).
      Never park your vehicle in a manner that would block other vehicles
PETS
      • Only small pets (up to 6 kg) are allowed in the hotel area and only on request. One pet is permitted in each room. There are no extra charges.
      • Guests with pet agree to provide the reception with an updated Health Record Booklet upon arrival. This is mandatory for completing the check-in process.

      • Pets must never be left in the hotel room unattended.

      • Pets must be kept under control and on a lead or in a carrier in any public areas of the hotel.
